-Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water until well combined.
Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
