– 21-ounce can lemon pie filling
– 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

•INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Melt the Butter: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the stick of butter in a 9×9-inch square baking dish and put it in the oven for 3-4 minutes until melted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
2. Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until just combined.
4. Assemble the Cobbler: Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the baking dish—do not stir. Spoon the lemon pie filling on top of the batter.
5. Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
