• INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup dry white wine (substitute with 1/4 cup chicken broth)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb crab meat
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
•INSTRUCTIONS
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Stir in minced garlic.
Sprinkle in flour, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
Add tomato paste, heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add crab, shrimp, and lobster. Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if needed.
