•INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh spinach or lettuce (optional)
•INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
Add spinach or lettuce if desired, then roll up each tortilla tightly.
Brush the wraps with melted butter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
