Blackened Shrimp Pasta

•INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 8 oz fettuccine pasta
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

•INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until well coated.
3. Cook shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add shrimp on top.
6. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
