Creamy Cajun Pasta with Succulent Shrimp and Spicy Sausage

•INGREDIENTS:
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz spicy chicken sausage, sliced
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley for garnish

•INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan, sauté sausage until browned, then set aside.
Add shrimp to the same pan, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the same pan until softened.
Stir in cream, broth, and Parmesan cheese; simmer until thickened.
Combine pasta, shrimp, and sausage with the sauce, then garnish with parsley.
