Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

•INGREDIENTS:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

•INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
2-Season steak with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
3-Heat oil in a skillet, sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
4-In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add potatoes and toss.
5-Serve steak topped with garlic butter and potatoes on the side.
