•INGREDIENTS:
1 lb flank steak (sliced thin)
2 bell peppers (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
•INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Marinate steak with soy sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
2-Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry steak until browned, then set aside.
3-Stir-fry garlic, onions, and bell peppers in the same wok until softened.
4-Add steak back in, mix in oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Cook until sauce thickens.
5-Serve hot with rice or noodles.
