-INGREDIENTS :
• 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 10 wontons (store-bought or homemade)
• 200g egg noodles
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp ginger, minced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup baby bok choy, chopped
• 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 2 green onions, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
-INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat chicken broth in a large pot and bring to a simmer.
2. Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
3. Cook wontons in the broth until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, bok choy, and mushrooms to the broth and cook until shrimp is pink.
5. Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions, then add to the soup.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
