Waldorf Salad

 

Ingredients:

2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or red apples)
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, chopped celery, and walnuts.
Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix the Salad:

Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill:

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:

Serve the Waldorf Salad on a bed of lettuce leaves for an extra crunch.
