Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
• 16 oz frozen ravioli (your choice)
• 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Slow Cooker Method:

1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Grease the slow cooker with oil or non-stick spray.
2. Layer Ingredients: Start with half of the spaghetti sauce, followed by half of the ravioli, ground beef, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
3. Cook: Set the crockpot to cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 ½ to 6 hours until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Stovetop Method:

1. Combine Ingredients: In a large skillet, mix ravioli, spaghetti sauce, ground beef, and 1 cup of water.
2. Cook: Heat over medium-high until boiling, then reduce to low heat. Cover and simmer according to the ravioli package instructions (usually around 18 minutes), stirring occasionally. Add water as needed to prevent sticking.
3. Finish: Remove from heat, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.

Oven-Baked Method:

1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
2. Layer Ingredients: In a baking dish, layer as instructed for the slow cooker, reserving the final portion of cheese.
3. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, then add the last layer of cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
