Ingredients:
8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
2 packs of instant ramen (discard seasoning packets)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 green onion, chopped for garnish
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Ramen: Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Cook the Steak: Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, onions, bell peppers, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Combine: Add the cooked ramen and steak back to the skillet. Pour the sauce over and toss to coat. Stir-fry everything for an additional 2 minutes until well combined.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy your steak stir-fried ramen hot!
