- Deviled Egg Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
6 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp relish
2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Add cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, and relish to the bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
Notes:
Add crispy bacon bits for extra crunch!
