Upgrade your meatloaf night with a twist! This Cheddar Cheeseburger Meatloaf has all the flavors you love with extra cheese!

 

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Additional cheddar cheese slices for topping
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Then, place cheddar cheese slices on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
