Don’t throw away kitchen waste or fallen leaves! You can easily reuse soil or make leaf mold Soil Rejuvenation:

1. Uproot previous crops, leaving roots intertwined.
2. Remove remaining plant roots and pour boiling water over the soil.

5. Tie the bag and place it in a sunny spot.
6. Stir leaves periodically and monitor temperature.
7. Weight the bag to promote decomposition and aerate weekly.
8. After less than two months, transfer the blackened leaf mold to a container.
