Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then add Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes:
Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice for a complete meal!
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
