Chocolate Fudge Recipe

• 24 ounces chocolate (2 bags of chips or 6 4-ounce bars), roughly chopped

• 28 ounces (793.79 ml) sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)

• 1/2 teaspoon (1 teaspoon) kosher salt

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Lightly mist a 9×9-inch pan with non-stick spray and line it with parchment.

2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt over very low heat.

3. Stir the mixture continuously until all the chocolate is melted, and the mixture becomes thick and shiny (approximately 5 minutes; refer to the video for the desired consistency).

4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan, smoothing it into an even layer.

6. Allow it to cool and set for about 1 hour before cutting into 25 squares.
