Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad





1 lb strawberries, washed, tops removed, and quartered

11 oz mandarin oranges, drained

20 oz pineapple chunks, drained

5 kiwi fruits, peeled, sliced, and halved

2 mangoes, cubed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3.4 oz instant cheesecake flavored pudding mix

1 cup French vanilla coffee creamer



Add all the prepared fruit (strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, kiwi, and mango) to a large mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat well until smooth.

Add the instant cheesecake pudding mix and French vanilla coffee creamer to the cream cheese. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase the speed to medium-high and continue beating until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the fruit and mix well to combine.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
