Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
3 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
Topping:
3 apples, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Whipped cream (optional)
•INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 mins and cool.
Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and flour. Pour over crust.
Bake: Place pan in a water bath. Bake for 50-60 mins until set. Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Cook Topping: Melt butter in a skillet. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until apples are tender and caramelized. Cool slightly.
