Ingredients:
12 dinner rolls, cut in half
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Beef
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
10-12 Kraft American Cheese Slices, cut each slice into 4 squares
20-24 dill pickle chips
¼ cup water
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Optional: ketchup, mustard
Preparation:
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Better Than Bouillon Beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2: On a clean surface, roll out the beef mixture into a large, thin rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Try to shape it roughly the size of your dinner rolls when they’re lined up.
Step 3: Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the beef into 12 square patties, each roughly the size of a dinner roll.
Step 4: Place the finely chopped onions in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the water to the skillet and bring it to a simmer.
Step 5: Place the beef patties on top of the simmering onions. Cover the skillet and let the beef steam for about 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Step 6: While the beef is cooking, prepare the dinner rolls by cutting them in half. Set aside.
Step 7: Once the beef is cooked, place a small square of American cheese on each patty and let it melt.
Step 8: Carefully lift each beef patty with some onions and place it on the bottom half of a dinner roll. Add a couple of dill pickle chips.
Step 9: If desired, add ketchup and mustard to the sliders.
Step 10: Place the top half of the dinner roll on each slider.
