chicken Caesar salad sub

Chicken breast cutlets sliced thin or pounded down thin

On one plate add half seasoned breadcrumbs and half shredded and grated Parmesan cheese

One plate of flour

A couple wisked eggs

Season your flour and breadcrumbs with some poultry seasoning and lemon pepper

Coat your chicken in the flour, egg, then breadcrumbs

Fry with oil and a couple tablespoons of butter for 3-4 mins on each side or until crispy light brown

Chop up some romaine lettuce

Add shredded Parmesan, lots of fresh ground black pepper , and your favorite Caesar dressing

You can’t get this exact roll because it’s from my local grocery store in Buffalo, it’s not nationwide … but if you have a Publix they sell sub rolls if you ask .. they have them behind the counter.. it just get whatever favorite bread you like

To the bread, I melt butter… then add olive oil, black pepper, grated Parmesan oregano and garlic powder .. brush it all inside the roll and on the outside.

Warm roll on 350 for 5 mins

Then build your sub!

Add the cutlets to the bread, then your Caesar salad on top.

Enjoy
