Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain fat.
3️⃣ Sauté Veggies: Add bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until soft. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4️⃣ Assemble in Dish: Transfer beef and veggies to a 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover with provolone cheese slices.
5️⃣ Mix Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Pour over cheese.
6️⃣ Bake: For 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
